Social Work graduate with over four years of professional experience in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Human Resources, project coordination, and community mobilization.has worked extensively with development organizations and corporate sector projects, particularly in remote and community-based environments in Thar.

Currently serving as a CSR Officer at Thar Foundation SECMC, Vikram specializes in stakeholder engagement, community outreach, education and health project monitoring, and strengthening community support systems. He has strong experience in coordinating with government departments, organizing awareness sessions, and facilitating community participation in development initiatives.

Previously, worked as a Human Resources Officer at DSV Global, where managed recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce administration.also served as a Project Officer at Mystic SECMC, where supervised fleet operations, handled payroll and employee benefits, ensured HSE compliance, and managed driver training and performance monitoring.

Earlier in career, worked as a Community Mobilizer with PVDP and Thar Foundation, conducting surveys, mobilizing communities, facilitating awareness sessions, and supporting agriculture and livelihood development projects.

Possesses strong communication, leadership, reporting, and organizational skills, along with technical proficiency in MS Office. experienced in working in challenging field environments and is committed to contributing to organizational and community development.
