I am an experienced Voice and VoIP Engineer with more than 10 years of hands-on experience in enterprise IT environments, specializing in VoIP systems, telephony platforms, SIP trunk integrations, and multi-site voice infrastructure. I have strong expertise in deploying, managing, and troubleshooting 3CX PBX systems, SIP trunks, IVRs, call routing, and enterprise telephony solutions across distributed environments.
I have extensive experience integrating 3CX with Twilio SIP trunks, including procurement and configuration of local and toll-free numbers, inbound and outbound call rules, queues, ring groups, and IVR systems. I regularly support multi-site voice deployments with high availability and secure connectivity using FortiGate firewalls, Site-to-Site VPNs, and QoS-aware network designs to ensure optimal call quality.
Alongside voice technologies, I possess a strong foundation in enterprise networking and systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, VLANs, routing, firewalls, and virtualization, which allows me to troubleshoot
VoIP issues end-to-end—from endpoint and PBX to network and ISP level. I am comfortable working with SIP, RTP, NAT traversal, encryption, and firewall policies, ensuring reliable and secure voice communications.
Currently working remotely for a US-based Managed Service Provider (MSP), I support multiple clients with geographically distributed sites, handling telephony incidents, moves/adds/changes, and system optimizations through structured ticketing systems while maintaining SLA compliance. My background in Cisco, FortiGate, MikroTik, and cloud fundamentals enables me to design scalable and resilient voice solutions aligned with business needs.
I am a CCNP Enterprise Core certified professional, with additional certifications in CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, AWS Fundamentals, Huawei Cloud, and Red Hat Linux, and I continuously stay updated with evolving unified communications and networking technologies.
