- Verify Batch Number, Mfg. date, Price on blisters and unit carton etc or where applicable.
- Updation of Price List where required.
- Approval of multiple request and production return, GRN, GTN. Activation of Bill of Material and Packaging material on HDAS.
- Material code updation/generation on HDAS.
- Look after packaging material testing and specifications updation
- BMR/BPR auditing , batch release and performing AQL.
- Conduct and coordinate internal audit/self- inspection of facilities at pre-defined frequencies.
- Handling of change management and record maintenance.
- Handling of CAPA as apart of QA for documentation and record maintenance.
- Documentation and report preparation of al assigned job.
- Bound to comply with all applicable requirements of Drug Laws 1976 act, current version of ISO-9001 (QMS), ISO14001(EMS), 45001 and ISO-22000(FSMS).
- Signing of approve label for further process after getting satisfactory results.

- Performing Leak Tests of Blisters & Bottles.
- Sampling of Bulk, Semi finished, Finished product, Retention sample, Stability raw materials, Packaging materials.
- BMR/BPR auditing and performing AQL.
- Entering results of Packaging Material Testing & Intimating Sampling of Products to Quality Control for Testing on ERP (Efrotech).
- Moisture analyzing of intermediate/finished products.
- Caliberation/verification of Friablity tester, DT apparatus & Weighing balance.
- Update Artworks of our product range as per DRUG LABELLING AND PACKGING RULES 1986 and SROs provided by DRAP.
- Assist in different audits (DRAP & ISO 9001:2015).
