Witnessed on-site. Interacted with the EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers, and product specifiers to obtain necessary information and support for generating qualification, performance evaluation documents, and protocol for FAT, SAT, and commissioning activities.
Prequalification of bidders, preparation of bidding documents, bid evaluation, contract award, tender negotiations, tender correspondence, and processing of invoices.
Design of infrastructure for cable laying as per PTCL specifications of TR-192.
Technically proficient in all aspects of project management, such as technical, commercial, and project controls (programmed, planning risk, systems compliance, etc. with various project stakeholders).
