- Coordinating with NDT Teams and witnessing of Rectifications
- Maintaining Quality Records for NDT, Inspection and Testing Activities
- The Marking of defects in weld joints for repairs as per Code / standard requirements
- Carrying out the Inspection of sand blasting and cleaning i.e., removal of oil, rust, corrosion etc. before the Application of paint on gate body
- Checking the final DFT (Dry Film Thickness) of paint of the all gates as per approved project specifications and standards
- Ensuring that Quality & Safety Measurements are taken properly at the workshop
- Having responsibility of maintaining up-to-date quality records as per Customer requirements and to submit final dossiers to Customers
- Performing Routine Inspections and Site Surveillance to verify that Installations meet Quality Requirements
- Collaborating with Project Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, and Consultants to Address Quality Issues and Ensure Smooth Project Execution
