Job Opportunity: AI Engineer
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with a proven track record of designing, building, and deploying AI-powered solutions. This role is intended for candidates who have hands-on experience developing AI applications and systems, rather than only integrating or using existing AI tools.
The ideal candidate has strong software engineering skills in Java, Python, or both, and is passionate about building scalable AI solutions that solve real business problems.
Location: Cracow, (office visits 2 times per week)

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent systems.
- Build and optimize AI tools, services, and workflows from concept to production.
- Develop and integrate machine learning and Generative AI solutions into existing products and platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
- Evaluate and implement appropriate AI models, frameworks, and technologies.
- Optimize AI applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and LLM technologies.
Requirements:
- Extensive commercial experience as an AI Engineer.
- Proven experience building AI solutions, products, or tools from the ground up (not only using or integrating existing AI tools).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or both.
- Experience with machine learning, Generative AI, and/or Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing and deploying production-grade AI applications.
- Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, APIs, and system architecture.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
