Your work will directly support platforms used by real operations teams, delivering features with genuine business and operational impact.While your primary focus is frontend and UI development, you'll also contribute to backend and database work when needed — implementing APIs and business logic in .NET, and working with SQL Server. You'll collaborate daily with international, English-speaking teams in Cyprus and the UK, working within a team of 3–5 fullstack .NET developers and reporting to the Engineering Manager in Poland.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 6–12 MONTHSProduction-ready Blazor UI deliveredA modern, production-ready Blazor interface for a key product in the Facilities Management portfolio — high usability, strong performance, and aligned with business needs.Backend foundation in placeBackend integrations designed and implemented, leveraging existing services and database architecture to deliver a stable, scalable, and maintainable solution.End-to-end ownership demonstratedFull ownership from requirements and technical proposal through implementation, testing, and deployment — features delivered with high quality and reliability.SDLC and Agile practices strengthenedActive contribution to improving code quality, documentation standards, development workflows, and collaboration across the UK and Cyprus teams.WHAT WE LOOK FORC# and .NET web developmentStrong commercial experience building web applications using C# and the .NET framework — ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework.Blazor and frontend technologiesHands-on experience with Blazor for UI development, alongside familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS.SQL ServerStrong experience with SQL Server technologies including T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and SSIS.Agile and DevOps practicesExperience working in Agile environments with a solid understanding of Scrum processes and DevOps-driven delivery.THE TEAMYou'll join a small, focused team of 3–5 fullstack .NET developers in Poland, working closely with international colleagues in Cyprus and the UK.
