Role Description The Data Analyst role at MT BYTES is a full-time, on-site position based in Gdańsk.

The Data

Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support product development, business decisions, and operational improvements. Day-to-day tasks include building reports and dashboards, performing statistical analyses, and developing data models that reveal trends and opportunities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into clear analytical tasks and presenting findings in an accessible way to stakeholders.

Analyst will also help improve data quality, refine analytical processes, and contribute insights that make MT BYTES’ digital solutions more effective and user-centered.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in data analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of statistics and statistical methods to design analyses, validate findings, and support data-driven decisions.
• Experience with data modeling and data structuring to build reliable models that support reporting and predictive analysis.
• Effective communication skills to explain technical results to non-technical audiences and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Proficiency with data tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python or R, BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau).
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Attention to detail, commitment to data accuracy, and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Curiosity about users and business problems, with the ability to ask thoughtful questions and propose data-informed improvements.
• Experience in a technology or digital solutions environment is an advantage.
