We are looking for a midlevel Data Engineer who is passionate about designing, building, and maintaining robust data systems. In this role, you will develop scalable data pipelines, improve data quality and reliability, and enable teams across the company to make better, datadriven decisions.
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines for reporting, analytics, and datadriven applications.
Develop and optimize data models, storage structures, and ETL/ELT workflows.
Implement data ingestion, transformation, cleaning, and enrichment processes.Write high-quality Python and PySpark code to support automation and data processing quality Python code to support automation and data processing.
Ensure data reliability, accuracy, and performance across systems.
Apply and uphold company data governance, security, and privacy standards.
Work with distributed data processing technologies (e.g., Spark).
Manage and orchestrate workflows using tools like Airflow.
Team Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to deliver end-to-end solutions
Collaborate across global teams and time zones with clear, respectful communication.

3–5 years of experience in data engineering or backend software development.
Strong proficiency in Python, Spark and SQL.
Experience with Databricks or related for data engineering, Spark-based workflows, or notebook-driven data processing.
Handson experience with workflow orchestration tools like Airflow.
Basic knowledge of container environments (e.g., Docker).
Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data architecture principles.
Experience with data visualization or supporting analytics/BI teams.
Background in building internal tools for engineers, analysts, or data scientists.
Familiarity with Scala or interest in functional programming.
Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS).
