We are launching a greenfield application built entirely from scratch in close collaboration with a dedicated business team. The project is delivered in an Agile environment with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and high-quality software development.
English is the primary working language and is used daily during meetings, workshops, and project discussions.
As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role not only in delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code, but also in shaping a high-quality user experience on the frontend side. You will actively contribute to requirement analysis, transforming business needs into user stories, and delivering fully tested end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop fullstack solutions (backend and frontend) within a greenfield project
- Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend services
- Develop modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applications
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and define user stories
- Deliver end-to-end functionalities together with automated tests
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and planning sessions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical improvements
Skills & Experience
- Strong commercial experience with Java 17+ (senior level)
- 4+ years of experience with React
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
- Good knowledge of JPA / Hibernate
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)

- Selenium
- Liquibase (database versioning)
- Maven
- Cucumber for automated testing
