Fullstack Developer (Java + React) Greenfield Project

We are launching a greenfield application built entirely from scratch in close collaboration with a dedicated business team. The project is delivered in an Agile environment with a strong focus on communication, collaboration, and high-quality software development.English is the primary working language and is used daily during meetings, workshops, and project discussions.As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role not only in delivering clean, scalable, and maintainable code, but also in shaping a high-quality user experience on the frontend side. You will actively contribute to requirement analysis, transforming business needs into user stories, and delivering fully tested end-to-end solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop fullstack solutions (backend and frontend) within a greenfield projectBuild scalable, maintainable, and high-performance backend servicesDevelop modern, responsive, and user-friendly frontend applicationsCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to refine requirements and define user storiesDeliver end-to-end functionalities together with automated testsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and planning sessionsContribute to architectural decisions and technical improvementsSkills & ExperienceStrong commercial experience with Java 17 (senior level)4 years of experience with ReactHands-on experience with Spring BootGood knowledge of JPA / HibernateExperience working in Agile/Scrum teamsEnglish proficiency at minimum B2 level (spoken and written)Nice-to-have Skills & ExperienceSeleniumLiquibase (database versioning)MavenCucumber for automated testingWork ModelHybrid model: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
