Fullstack Developer (Java / Spring Boot + React / TypeScript)

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer to help build and maintain a healthcare-oriented enterprise application. This role spans both backend services and frontend development.

The frontend ecosystem consists of two distinct architectures:

• A modern React application using React Query, Zustand-style state management, and a monorepo/shared component approach.

• A separate React application based on Redux and redux-saga for global state management.

Experience with multiple state management paradigms is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application functionality across both backend and frontend layers, from database schema and API design through to UI implementation and user experience.

• Design and implement REST APIs following clean architecture principles.

• Collaborate on API integration, data caching, state management, and state synchronization strategies.

• Implement authentication flows, authorization mechanisms, and form validation.

• Contribute to unit, integration, and automated test coverage across backend and frontend systems.

• Uphold data privacy, security, and compliance best practices, particularly when handling sensitive healthcare data.

• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline maintenance, including build, test, and deployment automation.

• Support containerized deployment workflows using Docker and related technologies.

• Participate in technical design discussions, architectural decisions, and continuous improvement of development practices.

Requirements

Must Have

• Solid experience with Java and Spring Boot backend development.

• Strong knowledge of REST API design and implementation.

• Strong experience with React, TypeScript, and modern React development patterns.

• Experience with at least one major state management approach:
  • Redux / redux-saga, or

  • React Query / Zustand-style solutions.

• Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT).

• Ability to work across the full stack, from database and API design to frontend implementation.

• Experience delivering complete features across backend and frontend components in a production environment.

• Understanding of secure development practices and handling of sensitive healthcare-related data.
