Fullstack Developer

Fullstack Developer | B2B | Remote I Part-time/Full-time A product-focused AI startup building its own platform based on AI Agents and modern LLM solutions. The company develops systems that automate processes and enable intelligent agents to collaborate with each other and integrate with tools and external systems.

The work is highly product- and technology-driven, with a lot happening around architecture, integrations, and scaling bringing AI into real business use cases. The environment is typically startup-like: fast-paced, high ownership, and close collaboration with the engineering team.

The Platform Includes

• AI agent configuration and orchestration,
• integrations with LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, OpenRouter),
• Model Context Protocol (MCP),
• conversation, artifacts, token budgets and cost management,
• realtime communication (WebSocket),
• asynchronous pipelines and integrations.

We are looking for a strong Mid/Senior Fullstack Developer who wants to take real ownership over the product, architecture, and long-term technical direction.

Requirements

Has 4+ years of commercial Fullstack experience (JS/TS)

Built production-grade applications

Understands DDD / Clean / Hexagonal Architecture

Has hands-on experience with AI/LLM/RAG

Uses AI tools (e.g.

Claude

Code) in daily work

Has strong ownership and communication skills

Native Polish + fluent English (C1/C2).
