Pragmatic Code Delivery: Balancing clean, well-architected code with business priorities, focusing on delivering practical, working solutions when speed-to-market is key.
Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
