Fullstack Developer – Python and Java (f/m/x)

Join the AI Markets team within Corporate and Institutional Banking Technology builds award‑winning digital solutions that transform how institutional investors access and interact with global markets. Using advanced NLP, the platform delivers real‑time insights, research, pricing, and trading data directly to clients. You’ll work in small, self‑organising teams focused on continuous delivery and high‑quality production support.

Your tasks

• Work within a team of 4–6 people alongside a dedicated Product Owner
• Break down business requirements into user stories and deliver each story iteratively to production
• Provide ongoing product support
• Identify areas of technical debt and ensure a healthy balance between addressing tech debt and developing new functionality
• Design solutions for new items, ensuring alignment with technology guidelines, standards, and constraints
• Pair with other team members to collaborate, review code, and share knowledge

Requirements

• Over 5 years of solid experience working with Python
• Strong proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, and either Flask or Django
• Background in machine learning, NLP, or AI is considered an advantage
• Knowledge of FX or Rates pricing systems is a plus
• Familiarity with KDB or cloud-based solutions is beneficial
• Comfortable collaborating with both local and global teams
• Good understanding of Agile development methodology
• Capable of providing leadership and guidance to junior team members
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, with on‑site presence in Kraków twice per week
