Fullstack Engineer (React, Python)

We're a funded, early-stage startup building an agentic AI platform for security compliance. The product is new, we're opening an R&D centre in Gdańsk and you'd be one of the first engineers on it, with real input into how it's built.We keep meetings and busywork to minimum to build a culture focused on the needs of developers.The role:You will be part of a 4 people development team focused on the development of the MVP for our main product. React on the frontend, FastAPI on the backend.You will lead the application code, working alongside experienced infrastructure engineer and junior AI engineers.
