• *Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate within Agile teams to deliver business requirements iteratively to production
• Break down business requirements into technical stories and implement solutions
• Design scalable and maintainable software aligned with technology standards
• Support production systems and ensure system stability and performance
• Identify and address technical debt while balancing new feature development
• Participate in pair programming and team collaboration
• Contribute to system design and architectural decisions
• *Required Skills & Experience
• Deep understanding of key software development concepts (SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD)
• Demonstratable experience in Java and Python
• Extensive experience in Spring Framework
• Experience with SQL/No SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Experience in machine learning, NLP, AI, Data Science is an advantage
• Ability to teach and collaborate with engineers to design new systems and solutions.
• Effective communication skills in written/oral English.
• Prior experience with event streaming technology
• Prior experience with microservices
