Fullstack Python React Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Software Engineer who feels strongest in Python, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to work close to real business use cases. You’ll join a small, empowered team building and supporting production systems end to end, with room to grow into AI-driven solutions.

• *What you’ll be working on
• Developing, testing, and supporting production-ready systems across the full development lifecycle
• Breaking down business requirements into stories and delivering them iteratively
• Designing solutions that align with technology standards and constraints
• Owning what you build - product support is part of the role
• Identifying and addressing technical debt while balancing new features
• Pair programming and collaborating closely with a team of 4–6 engineers and a Product Owner
• Working in an Agile, delivery-focused environment
• What experience we’re looking for
• • Strong commercial experience with Python
• • Hands-on knowledge of Python frameworks
• • Experience or strong interest in AI, machine learning, or NLP
• *• Good understanding of TypeScript and React; Java experience is also valued
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
• Ability to collaborate with both local and global teams
• Clear communication skills in English and an open, growth-oriented attitude

• Experience with financial systems
• Exposure to cloud solutions or KDB
• Frontend experience beyond basic integration
