About The Job

We are looking for an IT & Security Engineer to manage and scale our internal IT environment as our company grows.

This role sits at the intersection of internal IT, automation, and security. You will ensure employees have reliable IT support while also building systems that automate device management, maintain asset inventory, and support security and compliance initiatives.

You will work along our IT-Operations Lead based in Sweden and work closely with engineering, operations, and security stakeholders to keep our internal infrastructure secure, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal IT support and ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues Own the hardware lifecycle (procurement, provisioning, repairs, replacements)
• Maintain IT asset inventory and track hardware costs and lifecycle
• Automate device provisioning and configuration management for employee laptops and endpoints
• Administer internal SaaS tools and identity systems
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Help implement security controls and device policies
• Assist with compliance and audit processes (e.g. SOC2, ISO27001)

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in internal IT, IT engineering, or systems administration
• Experience managing endpoint devices (macOS, Windows, or Linux)
• Familiarity with IT ticketing systems
• Experience with identity and access management systems (e.g.

  Google

  Workspace, Okta, Azure AD)

• Experience with MDM platforms (Jamf, Kandji, Intune, etc.)
• Experience with automated device provisioning Basic scripting or automation skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Experience working with Apple Business Manager and understanding API integrations between Apple and certified resellers.

Good to Have

• Exposure to security frameworks or compliance work (SOC2, ISO27001)
• Experience managing SaaS administration and integrations
• Startup or high-growth company experience
