Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Senior Backend Java DeveloperResponsibilities:Design, develop, test and maintain backend services for digital banking platformsDrive backend testing activities within an agile teamEnsure delivery of high-quality, reliable and scalable solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and support solution designSupport analysis activities and translate business needs into technical solutionsUse AI-powered tools in development, testing and delivery processesContribute to technical design, implementation, continuous improvement and operational supportWork within a cross-functional agile team delivering customer-facing digital banking services Requirements:Strong experience in backend development using Java 21+, REST APIs and microservicesHands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.4, Spring WebFlux and HibernatePractical knowledge of Oracle DB, DB2 and SQLHands-on experience with Git, Maven and JenkinsPractical experience in working with SplunkStrong understanding of SOLID principlesProven experience in test automation, including unit, integration, API and performance testingHands-on experience with Cucumber and WireMockProven experience in driving backend testing activities within an agile teamAbility to collaborate with business stakeholders and contribute to solution designExperience in using AI-powered tools in software development and testingVery good command of English, both spoken and writtenNice to have:Understanding of reactive programming conceptsHands-on experience with JavaScript and TypeScriptPractical experience with Angular 2+ and AngularJSHands-on experience with Playwright and qTestISTQB Foundation certificationPractical knowledge of Gherkin Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
