What awaits you is an enriching and collaborative environment that fosters your growth at every step.💡Project Description:In this role, you’ll develop and maintain Java-based services and REST APIs, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and contribute to system architecture with a strong focus on reliability, security, and code quality. You’ll also take part in the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD processes, automated testing, code reviews, and production support.Please note: this is a hybrid position, you will be expected to come into the office 6-8 days per month overall (the office is located in Kraków).📈 Your Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Java backend services, REST APIs, and microservicesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutionsSupport production systems, resolve incidents, and troubleshoot issuesContribute to system architecture focused on performance and reliabilityWork in Agile teams using CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviewsMaintain technical documentation and improve engineering practicesAct as a technical SME for application and support-related topicsIdentify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers🔑 Key Requirements:Advanced English in speaking and writing Strong commercial experience with Java (8+/11+/17+/21) and Spring BootHands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle)Familiarity with React, MQ/Solace, Redis, and KubernetesExperience with CI/CD, Git, Maven/Gradle, and DevOps toolingKnowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, Jenkins, etc.)Understanding of application security and testing practicesExperience working in Agile / DevOps environmentsStrong communication skills and ability to work across distributed teamsSelf-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable owning tasks end-to-end📜 Our Promise (what you can expect from us):17-22k PLN on B2B300 PLN to use on our benefits platform, Worksmile - gift cards, medical services, sports, etc.Our B2B contract contains provisions that allow you to obtain IP BOX supportIntegration events, education opportunities and much more…A unique opportunity to take your career to the next level - we’re looking for people who want to create an impact.
