Lead Flutter Developer

We are looking for a skilled Lead Flutter Developer. ❗️IMPORTANT: This position is office-based for our office in Warsaw, Poland. We can provide relocation assistance if you're outside of the city or country.

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️ Lead and coordinate the mobile development team, making sure things run smoothly and goals are met

✔️ Take ownership of maintaining our current app portfolio and help drive the move toward a new architecture

✔️ Improve how the team works: contribute to planning, grooming, tech discussions, and estimations

✔️ Review code regularly, share feedback, and help team members grow through coaching and support

✔️ Make architectural decisions and keep our solutions aligned with business and tech needs

✔️ Promote knowledge sharing and encourage new ideas and best practices across the team. ✅ Requirements:

✔️ Leadership &

Experience:

• Experience leading a development team or playing a senior role with team responsibilities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

✔️ Mobile Development:

• 5 years of experience in mobile app development (Flutter - must; Android and/or iOS - nice to have)
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and platform-specific best practices
• Experience working with REST APIs and sockets.

✔️ Flutter:

• 5 years of hands-on experience with Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart, especially around async programming (Streams, RxDart)
• At least one Flutter app released in production (App Store or Google Play).

✔️Code Quality & Design:

• Solid grasp of OOP and SOLID principles
• You care about clean, maintainable code and help others write it too.
