Lead Full Stack Engineer (Node.js / React / Next.js)We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer to drive the technical direction of a modern web platform. In this role, you will combine hands-on development with architecture, technical leadership, and mentoring, helping to build scalable, high-quality solutions while promoting engineering best practices.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop scalable applications using Node.js (Nest.js), React, and Next.js.Define architecture, improve system performance, and support platform scalability.Lead code reviews, promote coding standards, and reduce technical debt.Contribute to CI/CD, deployment processes, and platform reliability.Build and maintain automated testing strategies.Mentor developers and foster knowledge sharing across the team.Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering efficiency and delivery.Requirements6+ years of experience in Full Stack web development.Strong expertise in Nest.js (Node.js), React, and Next.js.Proven experience designing scalable architectures and making technical decisions.Experience with cloud infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and DevOps practices.Strong understanding of software quality, testing, and engineering best practices.Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.Fluent English.
