Roles and Responsibilities

• A Java Tech Lead with a strong focus on backend development, and intermediate experience in SRE/DevOps.
• hands-on development, providing mentorship to a team of engineers, supporting their professional growth.
• collaborate closely with Principal Engineers, other Tech Leads, and the Head of Engineering to develop and maintain our backend systems, ensuring they meet high engineering standards.

• Familiarity with SQL Server internals and performance profiling.
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate).
