Summary: The Senior Dynamics 365 / Power Platform Engineer will play a crucial role in enhancing client interactions by building an AI/Zoom integration within the Dynamics 365 platform, specifically designed for efficient management of customer service data and calls.

Main Responsibilities: Build PowerApps UI for meeting logs, summaries, and participants.

Integrate with Dynamics Case & Client entities.

Implement managed solutions & DLP compliance.

Key Requirements: Extensive experience with Model-Driven Apps and Dataverse customisations.

Strong proficiency in PCF (PowerApps Component Framework).

Proficient in .NET/C# for backend integration and custom solutions

Experience using Power Automate for workflow automation.

Experience with JavaScript Nice to Have: Experience with Azure services, including Functions and Service Bus.

Familiarity with Zoom API and Webhooks integration.

Basic knowledge of Power BI for analytics.
