Our Information Security team provides controls, processes, and tools for end-to-end lifecycle management of access. This includes identity creation, access provisioning, change and re-certification, and access removal. We manage Identity Management, Privileged Access, Federated Access Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), API security, and access control.

We are looking for an IAM Engineer with strong technical expertise and a proactive attitude to help us deliver secure, scalable, and efficient identity and access management solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

• Produce UAM technical documentation, process guides, and training materials.
• Act as a subject matter expert, providing input to management and stakeholders.
• Integrate and configure market-leading IAM solutions (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Centrify).
• Implement Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and advanced application integrations with SailPoint IdentityNow.
• Analyse issue reports, develop software fixes, and ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor system performance trends and identify potential issues.
• Collaborate with business owners and coordinate across teams and third parties to meet technical milestones.
• Contribute to QA activities (usability, performance, automated testing).

Who We're Looking For

• 3+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET Core and Microsoft SQL.
• Experience configuring connectors for Active Directory, Microsoft SQL, Web Services/REST.
• Familiarity with Cloud deployments (Azure and/or AWS).
• Experience integrating with ITSM tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Knowledge of automation tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Nexus, GitHub.
• Understanding of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Awareness of IAM tools, trends, and best practices.
• Driven, enthusiastic, and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
