Our Engineers use their knowledge and hands-on experience with networks and software engineering to deliver Professional Services automation for large scale projects with aggressive timelines.Other things to know:Every team member gets onboarded via an online training course which includes a case study, live training sessions, lab and individual assignmentsWe are working in a multi-vendor environmentWe collaborate closely with Professional Services engineers and architects on the customer sideThe client is based in the USWe work on multiple interesting projects at the time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to the interview for another project, if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.Your roleAs a part of the project team, you will be responsible for:Own and lead to a successful delivery of technical initiatives within the teamUse your networking expertise to develop and implement new features, as well as enhance and optimize existing functionalitiesInnovate to drive continuous improvement and increase velocityOperate within project-specific frameworks while collaborating with cross-functional team membersPartner with product owners to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlog items.Engage with end users to address feature requests and resolve reported issuesFormulate and enforce rigorous testing methodologiesContribute to AI-driven software engineering processesDo we have a match?As a Network Automation Engineer, you must meet the following criteria:At least 5 years of relevant work experienceProfound understanding and hands-on experience in the area of networks and/or network securityVery good understanding of network security principles and solutions (firewalls, SASE)Hands-on Python experience in projects related to network automationNetworking/security vendor certification at minimum Professional level (at least one of CCNP, JNCIP, NSE4+, CCSE, PCNSE)Experience with virtualisation and containertechnologiesEnglish language proficiency at B2 level or higherBeyond the criteria above, we would highly appreciate:Expert/Master level networking certification (CCIE, CCSM, NSE8 etc.)Experience in software engineeringKnowledge of network security products from vendors like Check Point, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, ZScaler, Juniper, NetskopeExperience with Claude CodeExperience in implementing CI/CD pipelinesProven ability to effectively collaborate within distributed teamsMore reasons to join usFlexible working hours and approach to work: fully remotely, in the office or hybridProfessional growth supported by internal training sessions and a training budgetSolid onboarding with a hands-on approach to give you an easy startA great atmosphere among professionals who are passionate about their workThe ability to change the project you work on
