As part of the growth of its Wrocław-based technology team, the company is looking for a Python Developer (AI Automation) to help build internal tools, services and automation solutions supporting research and analytical work.Location: Wrocław (100% on-site)Contract type: Employment contract (UoP)ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain internal automation tools and services in PythonBuild backend components and integrations supporting internal workflowsWork on solutions related to AI-driven and data-focused use casesCollaborate with Data Science and other technical teamsSupport CI/CD and deployment-related processesContribute to code quality, system reliability and performance improvementsTake ownership of tasks and solve technical challenges independentlyRequirements1-2 years of professional software development experience with good knowledge of PythonStrong understanding of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, complexity, object-oriented programming and concurrencyFamiliarity with AI, ML and LLM conceptsExperience building automation tools and services, including AI-powered solutionsExposure to CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, Docker and KubernetesStrong problem-solving skills and ownership mindsetReadiness to work in a fast-paced environmentNice to haveExperience developing RESTful APIsExperience with AWSWhat we offerOpportunity to work on automation and AI-related projects in a business-critical environmentClose cooperation with engineering and Data Science teamsExposure to modern tools and real technical challengesInterested in the role?
