Job Opportunity: Python Developer
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, contribute to day-to-day operations and help drive projects and initiatives forward in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative and comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
Location: Cracow, hybrid model (office visit 6 times per month)

Responsibilities:
- Support daily operations and ongoing projects within the team
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of tasks and initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
- Prepare reports, documentation and presentations when needed
- Maintain clear communication across teams and provide regular status updates
- Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting in day-to-day activities
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices relevant to the role
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and growth-oriented work environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as Python Developer
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Professional level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience with standard business tools and software relevant to the role
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (e.g. ChatGPT, AI-assisted workflows, automation tools)
- Interest in emerging technologies and digital innovation
- Experience optimizing workflows using modern productivity tools
