Design and implement full-stack features in a high-impact, production-grade environment

Collaborate with AI researchers and product teams to evaluate and improve generative AI models

Build scalable systems for data collection, visualization, and analysis

Optimize the performance of web applications handling high user traffic

Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and documentation

Write clean, maintainable, documented code using best engineering practices in the industry (design patterns, test-driven development (TDD), peer review, continuous improvement (CI), automated testing, etc.) Our requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in developing, testing, maintaining, and documenting applications in Python 3, SQL, Pandas, Apps Script (optional) and AWS/GCP

Familiarity with REST API Access, databases, and data modelling

Strong proficiency in building and customizing applications using the App Sheet platform: configuring workflows, rules, and expressions

Understanding of type hints, TDD (pytest, monkey patching), and high-performance code

Hands-on experience with Dev Ops practices; CI using Git Hub Actions/Git Lab Runners, CD using Docker containers on horizontally scalable k8s environments.

Fluency in Polish and English languages
