Python Engineer 💰 Salary: 5000-7000$🌎 Warsaw, Hybrid (1 day remote per week)🕦 Full-time☑️ B2B ContractWe’re looking for a Middle Python Engineer for our client, which is an AI infrastructure company that helps large enterprises safely and effectively adopt AI in their daily operations. Rather than building general-purpose AI, our client creates a platform that connects AI to a company's internal knowledge, policies, workflows, and business rules. This enables AI to provide accurate answers and automate complex business processes instead of relying on generic responses or potentially inaccurate information.Their customers include well-known enterprise organizations such as Glovo, Nespresso, and HelloFresh, where AI is used to improve internal operations, customer support, and business efficiency.

The company operates in the rapidly growing field of Agentic AI, focusing on building reliable, production-ready AI systems for enterprise environments.Requirements:3-5 years of commercial experience as a Backend Engineer developing production-grade systems.Strong Python programming skills, with the ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-structured backend code.Good understanding of distributed systems.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema and data model design.Experience owning features throughout the full software lifecycle, from design and implementation to deployment, monitoring, and production support.Comfortable working in an AI-native engineering environment.Nice to have:Exposure to agentic systems: AI agents, tool-calling, orchestration, retrieval, or LLM-backed infrastructureWorking knowledge of TypeScriptResponsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, data pipelines, and background processing systems.Translate business and product requirements into technical solutions, evaluating architecture, trade-offs, and implementation approaches.Own features end-to-end, from technical design and development through deployment, monitoring, and ongoing production support.Build reliable, secure, and high-performance backend systems that support enterprise AI applications.Design efficient interfaces, data models, and service architectures that integrate seamlessly within the broader platform.Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability, observability, scalability, and performance in production environments.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Frontend Engineers, and Platform/Infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end product features.Write clear technical documentation, design notes, and architecture diagrams to support collaboration and knowledge sharing.Leverage AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and streamline development workflows.Participate in code reviews and design reviews, ensuring high engineering standards, maintainable code, and best practices.
