Job Opportunity: React Developer

Role Overview:

We are looking for a React Engineer to build a production-grade web application focused on delivering a polished, modern chat experience as a standalone product.

You’ll work on the frontend architecture, real-time streaming interactions, complex client-side state management, and a modern UI built with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and uses AI-assisted development tools as part of their everyday workflow.

Location: Cracow, (office visits 6 times per month)

English: B2/C1

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a production-quality React web application from the ground up.
• Develop a polished, responsive, and intuitive chat experience.
• Implement real-time streaming UIs for AI-generated responses and other live interactions.
• Design and manage complex client-side application state.
• Build reusable UI components using Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui or Radix UI.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable frontend solutions.
• Ensure high standards of performance, accessibility, maintainability, and code quality.
• Use AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code to accelerate development and problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Strong production experience with React and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS and modern UI/component systems such as shadcn/ui, Radix UI, or similar.
• Proven experience building real-time or streaming user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of client-side state management and experience handling complex application state.
• Experience building production-ready, responsive web applications.
• Strong understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices.
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code as part of your daily workflow.
• Ability to work independently, make sound technical decisions, and deliver production-quality code.
