React/Java/AWS/Node Developer - Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Cross-Continental Collaboration:

  Work closely with U.S.-based teams to provide seamless "follow-the-sun" development and support.

Technical Execution:

Design, develop, and implement software solutions tailored to the Pro Golf engagement's evolving needs.

• After-Hours Support:

  Serve as the primary technical point of contact during U.S. off-hours to ensure 24/7 operational stability.

Strategic Growth:

Assist in the transition and scaling of development operations within the Poland region.

Key Features of PRO Golf:

The platform consolidates data from the course into a single dashboard, accessible via desktop or mobile, to provide:

• Labor & Crew Management:

  A digital "job board" that replaces traditional whiteboards. Managers can assign tasks, track crew hours, and receive alerts to prevent overtime costs.

Fleet Tracking:

Provides real-time visibility into equipment location (updating every 5 seconds). It can distinguish between machines that are working, idling, or in transport.

• Maintenance & Parts:

  Automates service schedules based on engine hours and tracks parts inventory. When a part is used for a repair, it is automatically deducted from the shop’s stock.

Agronomic Insights:

Integrates with soil sensors and weather forecasting to help make data-driven decisions regarding irrigation and chemical applications.
