This is an

You will play a critical role at the very beginning of the sales process, engaging senior stakeholders at international organizations and helping shape first conversations that lead to long-term partnerships.

If you’re motivated by thoughtful outreach, experimentation, and consistently exceeding pipeline targets - this role will give you the space to develop and grow.

  • *Your responsibilities:
  • Prospecting and qualifying
  • *enterprise-level B2B leads
, with a strong focus on outbound activities
  • Generating high-quality pipeline by booking

at international organizations

  • Supporting the
  • *full sales cycle**
: from initial outreach and qualification to smooth handoff to Business Consultants
  • Working with both

, applying a 360° sales approach
  • Researching accounts and stakeholders to deliver

  • Tracking activity, pipeline, and results in

and supporting tools

  • Continuously improving prospecting approaches through

  • *We’re looking for someone with:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B Sales Development/Business Development experience

in enterprise software or B2B SaaS environments

  • A proven
  • *track record of meeting or exceeding quota**
, including pipeline generated and meetings booked
  • Experience supporting
  • *full sales cycle processes
  • International B2B exposure and comfort working with
  • *enterprise clients
  • Strong English communication skills (
  • *C1 minimum**
), suitable for professional, business-level conversations
  • Hands-on experience with

(HubSpot preferred) and modern GTM tools
  • A consultative mindset and interest in

  • Your experience is limited to transactional or high-volume sales (e.g. low-ticket or B2C)
  • You have no exposure to complex enterprise buying processes
  • You lack experience with cold outreach or proactive prospecting
  • You prefer a passive approach to sales and rely mainly on inbound leads
