Join the Strategy department that drives monetization and product-led growth across the entire product portfolio. This team owns pricing strategy, product-qualified leads optimization and key strategic initiatives that directly impact revenue and growth.
As a Senior Python Data Scientist, you'll be at the intersection of data science, product strategy and business impact. You'll own end-to-end analytical initiatives, from hypothesis to deployment, that shape product decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.
Take full ownership of end-to-end product analysis: from defining hypotheses and setting up metrics to delivering clear recommendations that shape product roadmap and strategy
Transform complex data into actionable insights that guide feature prioritization, adoption strategies and user experience improvements
Advanced Modeling & AI
Build sophisticated analytical models and frameworks using statistical methods, machine learning and AI
Apply neural networks, GenAI and LLMs to understand user behavior, forecast product outcomes and identify untapped growth opportunities
Develop predictive models for key business metrics: LTV, churn, conversion optimization
Data Engineering & Quality
Safeguard data quality and reliability of KPIs used across product dashboards, experiments and executive reporting
Build robust data pipelines and automation to improve decision-making efficiency
Continuously enhance analytics practice by exploring new tools, datasets and methodologies
Partner with product, marketing, and executive teams to drive data-informed decisions
Influence pricing strategy, upsell optimization and go-to-market initiatives
Define and track metrics that measure company-wide performance
Must-Have Requirements Experience
3+ years as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Data Scientist
Proven track record of delivering results and taking projects from concept to completion
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and data-driven growth strategies
Strong Python proficiency - this is your primary coding language for daily work
Expert-level SQL skills - complex queries, optimization, data manipulation
Solid ML knowledge and hands-on experience:
Business & Statistical Expertise
SaaS product experience with understanding of key metrics: LTV, conversion rate, churn rate, retention, etc.
Strong foundation in applied statistics - experimental design, hypothesis testing, statistical inference
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience with marketing data structures
Google Analytics and Google Ads knowledge (big plus)
BI systems familiarity (Amazon QuickSight is a plus)
A/B testing experience and experimentation frameworks (big plus)
