Join a dynamic team where your expertise directly impacts trading excellence, fostering innovation and agility in a fast-paced environment.Your main responsibilities:Collaborate within a cross-functional team of 4–6 members, managing requirements from analysis through to testing and production support.Break down business requirements into actionable user stories and deliver iterative releases to production.Participate actively in all phases of the development lifecycle, including identifying technical debt and balancing feature delivery with technical health.Design and implement solutions adhering to technology guidelines, with a focus on quality and scalability.Pair program with team members to share knowledge and improve code quality.Take ownership of product support, ensuring swift resolution of issues and continuous improvement.Keep abreast of evolving technologies and advocate for best practices within the team.You're ideal for this role if you have:7 years of experience in full stack development or related roles.Solid experience with Java and SQL, with a good understanding of Git version control.Optional knowledge of JavaScript/React.Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and database concepts from a consumer perspective.Strong communication skills in English, with fluency in spoken and written forms.It is a strong plus if you have:Experience with Kotlin or other programming languages.Knowledge of front-end development with JavaScript/React.Certifications in relevant technologies or methodologies.Language required for the role:Fluent English (spoken and written).Eligibility to work in the European Union:Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in Europe will be considered for this role.#MAKEYourCareerBETTERInterested?
