Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for: Senior Python DeveloperResponsibilities:Develop and maintain Python-based tools supporting data validation, automation and quality controls within credit processesLearn and expand automation testing capabilities using the Robot Framework and contribute to the development of automated test suitesAnalyse data quality issues, investigate inconsistencies and propose improvements to existing processes and toolingCollaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical automation solutionsSupport verification of functionality delivered by external vendors through automated and manual validation activitiesContinuously expand technical knowledge, including gaining basic understanding of Mainframe (SAS) solutions used within the credit process landscapeTake ownership of assigned tasks, proactively identify improvement opportunities and drive them to completionSupport team activities, including Jira backlog maintenance and Scrum ceremonies when needed Requirements:Experience with Python development and scriptingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsCuriosity and willingness to learn new technologies and frameworksInterest in test automation and readiness to learn Robot FrameworkAbility to work independently and take ownership of tasksProactive mindset and continuous improvement attitudeExperience working in Agile teamsGood communication and collaboration skillsNice to have:Experience with automated testingBasic knowledge of SQL and data analysisExposure to Mainframe or SAS environmentsInterest in AI-assisted development and automation Offer:Private medical careCo-financing for the sports cardConstant support of dedicated consultantEmployee referral program
