Renumeration: B2B Contract: 20 500 - 26 000 PLN + VAT The project and the team We are looking for an engineer with strong expertise in Python, SQL databases, and some frontend technologies (TypeScript, React) to join our client's team and support the development of web applications for end-users in the SD-WAN-based network ecosystem.

What else you should know:

• The team consists of less than 15 people, including an architect, project manager, backend developers, frontend developers, and DevOps engineers.
• We use SCRUM/Agile methodology.
• Our tech stack for the project includes: Python, SQL and PostgreSQL, TypeScript, React, Docker, git, GitHub Actions, k8s
• The client is based in the US.

We work on multiple interesting projects at the same time, so it may happen that we’ll invite you to an interview for another project if we see that your competencies and profile are well suited for it.

Your role

As part of the project team, you will be responsible for:

• Developing REST APIs in Python
• Implementing new features for the application backend and frontend
• Troubleshooting issues
• Creating documentation
• Working in an agile methodology and collaborating with a team
• Supporting teammates
• Attending daily standups with the customer

Do we have a match? As a Senior engineer, you must meet the following criteria:

• 8+ years of experience
• Proficiency in Python
• Deep knowledge of web APIs development, knowledge of design patterns and clean code guidelines
• Practical experience with FastAPI
• Deep knowledge of relational databases and SQL, hands-on experience with PostgreSQL
• Practical experience with TypeScript and React
• Solid understanding of git and CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with network-related projects
• Good command of English (B2 level or above)

Beyond the criteria above, we would appreciate the nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with graphite
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with Flowbite React
