What You’ll Do:

💡 Develop Cutting-Edge Inference Solutions: Build, test, and deploy innovative technologies to optimise inference for state-of-the-art LLMs.

🔍 Optimise AI Workflows: Design and implement solutions to improve cost-efficiency and reduce latency in AI systems.

🛠 Innovate with Scalable Systems: Create user-friendly, fault-tolerant solutions in large distributed computing environments, leveraging leading cloud platforms.

🤝 Collaborate & Mentor: Work in a multidisciplinary team, mentor junior engineers, and solve complex technical challenges.

📈 Drive Operational Excellence: Ensure seamless system performance by taking ownership of operational responsibilities.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 8+ years of professional software development experience.

✅ Expertise in programming languages like Python, Java, C++, or C#, with strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.

✅ Proven experience in system architecture and designing for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

✅ Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms and workflows.

✅ Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed inference systems.

Preferred Skills:

🎓 Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

🚀 Expertise in inference optimisation, model-serving architectures, and hardware acceleration (e.g., GPU, CPU).
