ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain scalable backend systems supporting investment and AI-driven applications, owning them end-to-endDevelop batch and streaming data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and delivery across systems and modelsImplement and integrate generative AI and LLM solutions, including APIs, embeddings, and production workflowsDesign and maintain reliable microservices and APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and securityImprove system stability through monitoring, observability, and performance optimisationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to move solutions from prototype to productionBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processesContribute to engineering best practices and support team capability growthEnsure compliance with security and data governance standardsRequirements5+ years of backend or software engineering experienceExperience building data pipelines (batch and streaming)Hands-on experience with AI/ML or generative AI in production environmentsStrong coding skills in Java, Python, or GoExperience with cloud platforms, Docker, and container orchestrationKnowledge of CI/CD, testing, and infrastructure automationStrong SQL and data modelling skillsGood communication and collaboration skillsEligibility to work in Poland (Warsaw office)High ethical standards
