- Addressing employee’s with their requirements to ensure employee satisfaction.
- Addressing employee’s queries regarding HR policies, benefits, reimbursements, leaves etc.

- Follow up with Managers to ensure they update their Team Member to update Leave on the System.
- Assist in Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (Absence, Bonus, Leaves, On-Boarded and Off-Boarded Employees Etc..) .
- Updating Employee Data to ensure full accuracy in the HR system (SAP SuccessFactors).
- Handling Procurement (PR, PO, GR) through Procurement system (SAP ERP & SAP ARIBA).
