I have a strong passion for CRM solutions and have gained valuable experience in working with such systems during my academic journey and previous internship. I am confident in my abilities to work closely with business stakeholders, analyze and optimize business processes, and deliver effective Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that align with clients' needs.

One of my greatest strengths is my multilingual communication ability, as I am fluent in five languages: Polish, Arabic, Italian, English, and French. This skill has allowed me to connect with diverse teams and clients, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

I am particularly interested in Microsoft Power Platform development, with a focus on Power Apps and Power Automate. My technical expertise combined with my passion for problem-solving and analytical thinking makes me well-suited to design and implement innovative solutions for your clients.

Furthermore, as a half Polish and half Tunisian, my dream has always been to put into practice my passion for languages. I believe this environment, along with the chance to work with a friendly and ambitious team, will foster continuous growth and development in my career.

As a young computer science engineer set to graduate in September from ENSI (National School of Computer Science in Tunisia), I am excited about the prospect of applying my skills and knowledge to embark on a new adventure.
