Retail & Small Business Banking Intern at FirstBank (2025-06 – 2025-07)

Intern at FirstBank focused on process improvement and automation for retail and small business banking operations.

• Achieved a 97% time reduction in updating financial metrics assigned to 55 branches, and a 91% time reduction in generating graphs and tables for personal loan reports.
• Identified waste in administrative processes, used Excel functions and VBA code to improve and automate 2 worksheets, and contacted over 15 managers to perform time studies to identify task time distributions.

COOP at AbbVie Technical Center (2024-08 – 2024-12)

COOP position at AbbVie Technical Center performing quality review and statistical analysis on pharmaceutical products.

• Performed 4 Product Quality Review reports (PQRs) for 4 different drugs manufactured at plant using Excel to filter multiple extensive databases, and Minitab software to perform over 20 process capability and control charts per report. Statistics were used to view product stabilization of drugs and detect Out of Trends (OOTs) in batches to inform to regulatory agencies such as the FDA.
• Reduced the amount of paperwork at a conference room to 33.0% working among documentation specialists.
