Requirements - Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Java development experience with React.
- Solid proficiency in Spring Boot and designing RESTful APIs.
- Experience and expertise in AWS, No‑SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge of asynchronous processing and concurrency handling.
- Strong background in performance tuning of back‑end services.
- Excellent stakeholder management and change management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal). Nice to Have - Experience with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Understanding of modern front‑end technologies and frameworks beyond React.
