Work Model: Hybrid (2 days per week onsite) About the Project The team is building an enterprise AI platform that integrates with core business systems and provides reusable AI services for internal users and business applications. The platform includes:
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Event-Driven Workflows The goal is to create a secure, scalable, and modular architecture capable of supporting future AI-driven business initiatives. Your Mission
As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing components that enable:
Event-driven APIs and workflows
Secure access to enterprise data and services Key Responsibilities
AI Platform & MCP Development
Develop and maintain MCP Servers and AI Platform services
Build integrations between AI Agents and enterprise applications
Design modular APIs and service orchestration layers
Implement tool connectors and structured action frameworks
Develop context management and context retrieval services
Contribute to the evolution of the platform architecture Backend Engineering
Build scalable backend services using Java and/or Python
Design asynchronous and event-driven architectures
Integrate APIs, Kafka, databases, and cloud services
Optimize performance, observability, and reliability AI Engineering
Integrate LLMs into enterprise workflows
Work with RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector databases
Improve context management and agent orchestration capabilities
Contribute to AI governance and secure AI implementation practices Software Engineering Excellence
Apply modern engineering practices and standards
Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
Work with trunk-based development methodologies
Participate in architecture and technical design discussions
Support production operations and continuous improvement initiatives Mandatory Requirements
Experience with Python (highly valued)
Experience building backend APIs and distributed systems
Strong understanding of REST APIs
Experience with asynchronous and event-driven architectures
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
Experience developing cloud-native applications
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Professional English communication skills AI & Modern Platform Engineering
Experience with some of the following:
