AI Platform Developer

This is your mission

Are you passionate about Artificial Intelligence, Conversational AI and cloud-native ecosystems? Then this position is for you.

As an AI Platform Developer, you will contribute to run and change activities of a Conversational AI Platform within a Data &

• AI Tribe ecosystem.

You will evolve in an international, distributed and highly secured cloud environment, working on industrial, scalable AI solutions enabling business use cases across multiple countries.

Build Side

• Contribute to the evolution of a Conversational AI Platform (CAP) providing an internal RAG tool bundled with a bot widget
• Develop and industrialize AI use cases in a cloud-native environment
• Work on onboarding new countries and new use cases (environment creation, technical support, follow-up)
• Contribute to drafting playbooks to accelerate onboarding and deployment of new use cases
• Bring expertise on APIs, RAG, data pipelines (Airflow) and data preparation (Elasticsearch)
• Support integration of AI tools within complex, international IT ecosystems
• Collaborate with architects and technical leadership to define and implement technology roadmaps
• Assist in scaling AI solutions in secure private cloud environments

Run Side

• Contribute to day-to-day activities of the DAIA squad in agile mode
• Participate in all Agile rituals (sprint planning, backlog review, daily stand-ups, sprint review, retrospectives)
• Monitor existing bots and ensure platform stability and performance
• Follow up and manage incidents on deployed conversational agents
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure application reliability
• Monitor vulnerabilities (security, application, dependencies) and address corrective actions
• Identify and prioritize technical debt and contribute to remediation plans
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, MLOps, AIOps, Data, QA and Security teams

This is your background

You have at least 5 years of experience in development, ideally in demanding DevOps and cloud-native environments.

You enjoy working on Data &

• AI ecosystems, industrializing solutions, and integrating technologies in secure, distributed systems. You are comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams including Tech Leads, Product Owners, Business Analysts and international stakeholders.

This Is Your Expertise

• Strong proficiency in Python (mandatory) and JavaScript
• Strong experience in Web Services (contract-first specification and API management – e.g., APIGEE)
• Experience in Data &
  • AI pipelines (document ingestion for RAG, data processing, AI model orchestration, event-driven architecture)

  Process orchestration with Airflow

• Data preparation with Elasticsearch and vector databases (basic generative AI / RAG knowledge expected)
• Proven experience with cloud technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm)
• Experience with DevSecOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Argo CD)
• Knowledge of security best practices and cybersecurity culture
• Understanding of data lifecycle and user feedback integration
