For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• 3 years of experience working with SQL, building and optimizing complex queries, data transformations, and data models
• Strong knowledge of data modelling techniques such as STAR schemas, 3NF, entity-relationship modelling, and modern approaches like Medallion architecture
• Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable data pipelines in AWS environments (e.g. Redshift, S3, Glue, Lambda, Step Functions or similar services)
• Experience using modern data orchestration and transformation tools such as DBT, Airflow, or similar technologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into clear and scalable data solutions
• Ability to design efficient, maintainable, and transparent data architectures
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with experimentation frameworks such as A/B testing pipelines or event tracking is a plus
• English language skills at least B2 level
• Availability for remote work in Portugal (requires availability to relocate within Portugal).
