We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to join our technology supervision team. This role focuses on monitoring, operating, and supporting critical IT systems, ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, operate, and support enterprise systems using BMC Control-M and EasyVista

Ensure the availability and reliability of Unix/Linux/Solaris environments

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Shell Scripting

Perform incident analysis, troubleshooting, and root-cause investigations

Support service management processes aligned with ITIL best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system monitoring and operational efficiency

Contribute to documentation, procedures, and continuous service improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience in IT operations, supervision, or support roles

Strong hands-on experience with BMC Control-M and EasyVista

Solid knowledge of Unix, Linux, and Solaris systems

Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support

Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and operational processes

Certifications (Nice to Have)

ITIL Certification

Red Hat Certification

Scrum Master or PMP Certification
