AWS Cloud Engineer

We foster a culture of appreciation, collaboration and continuous growth. /pp Join our team and grow with us! /pp Key Responsibilities /pp• Design, build and implement scalable, secure and resilient cloud infrastructures in Amazon Web Services (AWS). /pp• Develop Proofs of Concept (POCs) to validate cloud architectures, services and migration strategies. /pp• Plan and execute cloud migration projects, supporting organisations in moving workloads from on-premises or other cloud platforms to AWS. /pp• Design and deploy cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code and automation best practices. /pp• Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and deployment challenges. /pp• Continuously review and optimise cloud environments for performance, cost efficiency and security. /pp• Ensure all deployments follow security best practices, governance models and company policies. /pp• Act as a trusted technical advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate AWS solutions. /pp• Support customers throughout their cloud adoption and modernisation journey. /pp• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams and internal best practices. /pp Critical Skills Experience /pp• Strong expertise in Amazon Web Services (AWS), including compute, networking, storage and identity services. /pp• Hands-on experience designing and deploying AWS infrastructure environments. /pp• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred). /pp• Solid understanding of cloud networking concepts, VPC architecture and hybrid connectivity. /pp• Experience supporting cloud migration and modernisation projects. /pp• Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus. /pp• Knowledge of Linux environments and system administration. /pp• Experience with automation and scripting (Python, Bash or similar). /pp• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to solve complex infrastructure issues. /pp• Experience working in customer-facing environments with a consultative mindset. /pp Qualifications /pp• Bachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field. /pp• 3+ years of professional experience in Cloud Engineering, with strong exposure to AWS environments. /pp• AWS certifications (Associate and/or Professional level) are highly valued. /pp• Certifications in Terraform or Infrastructure as Code tools are a plus. /pp Language Skills /pp• Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written). /pp What Magic Beans Offers /pp• The opportunity to be part of a fast-growing technology company with a pragmatic and disruptive approach to delivering Cloud and Data projects. /pp• A culture focused on technical excellence, collaboration and continuous learning. /pp• Career progression based on performance, impact, curiosity to learn and technical contribution. /pp• Access to international projects and cross-country collaboration. /pp• Training and certification support, aligned with your professional development plan. /pp• A dynamic, supportive and collaborative engineering environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. /p /p
