Client Manager

Quadrante is looking to strengthen our Energy Business Unit by recruiting a Client Manager for the Coordination division, based at our Porto office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project development contracts within the Energy Business Unit
• Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities for the implementation and management of engineering projects
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with key stakeholders – investors, licensing authorities, designers, and contractors

Profile:

• Degree and/or Master's in Electrical Engineering
• Advanced proficiency in Portuguese and English (mandatory)
• Professional experience and training in project management
• Previous experience in business development
• Experience working with clients on projects in power plants, transmission & distribution, raw materials, or industrial energy solutions such as hydrogen and biofuels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly proactive and creative mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
